Box

Hello friends! Hope you are having a wonderful weekend.

A few weeks ago I went to a Scrapbook Expo and they had so many wonderful ideas. I stopped by Denami Design Rubber Stamps stand and I fell in love with her beautiful 3-D projects. I purchased a small gift box template from her. These boxes are great for party favors, birthday gifts or for any special occasion.  You can put candies, tea bags for those that are tea lovers and you can also put two Post-its inside.

Cardstock: White , Light Green, Red

Thank you cards

Hello my friends, today I’m posting these thank you cards I made. I have fun making thank you cards and then giving them to family, friends, co-workers or just to someone that had a kind gesture.

I made these cards using a clean and simple style. I learned about this creative style from a friend from Stamp Nation. These cards have a simple layout which makes it easier to mass produce. I also added a simple but elegant design in the inside of the card.

These are the materials I used:

Card size: 4 1/4” x 51/2”
Cardstock paper: White, Black, and Light Green
Stamps: Thank you from The Life Stamp of Life by: Stephanie Barnard
Embossing: With Love series from Cuttlebug
Ink: Pear Tart from Memento
Flower: Bitty Blossom from Bazzill Wings

Welcome

Hello Everyone!
My name is Nayeli and welcome to my blog. I want to share with you my passion for creating anything that my heart desires whether it’s painting, drawing, 3-D, scrapbooking, or cardmaking. Follow me in this journey of creativity.

For my first posting, I want to share what I did this past weekend. I have been having a hard time making birthday cards. I have been searching for a fun and creative layout for birthday cards. When I think about birthday cards the first thing that comes to mind is fun, colorful, and a lot of balloons.

Catherine Pooler's Definitely Sketches, come to the rescue. She has a fabulous sketch that inspired me to create these birthday cards. These are my first birthday cards and I'm pleased with the final result.

I also added a fun simple detail in the inside of the card. I think birthday cards should have a playful colorful look. I guess I'm thinking more about birthday cards for children:)
